This time it is a specially made black magnet box, 36 x 36 x 15 cm, and contains an extraordinary 10“ record player object d‘ Art. It is a 10" dubplate that is permanently clued together to a mini USB record player. This record can only be played with this record player and can be connected directly to your music system or can be transferred to your computer with the free available Audacity music program. On the 10" there is a 4:23 min long track called Duck Sauce refried from the new Residents album Dookietown but this is a special exclusive remix created by the incomparable Ego Plum especially for this project.. The 25 owners of this rarity are then asked to distribute this remix for everyone on YouTube and the usual social media platforms so that all interested collectors, fans and lovers of the Residents can enjoy this extreme limited track…
Ego Plum is an American film composer, musician, multi- instrumentalist, record producer and performer. He is best known for his work on The Cuphead Show!, The Patrick Star Show, Kamp Koral, SpongeBob SquarePants, Jellystone!, Making Fiends and Harvey Beaks. Plum's earliest music influences trace back to the scores for Pee-Wee's Playhouse created by Mark Mothersbaugh, Danny Elfman, and The Residents.
